Allow children to peruse the material and form into groups according to interest. Group work can include the following: Selecting a destination, deciding on a method of transportation, calculating expenses for the activity itself, round-trip transportation, meals, lodging, etc. dressing appropriately for the adventure and presenting findings. Variations for this activity include having the groups work with an assigned budget or time limit.
